Pacific Coast Retreats Policies.
Check-in, Taxes, Forms of Payment Check-in time: 4 pm, Check out time: 11 am
Rates are in Canadian funds and are subject to 12% HST and 2% Municipal Tax.
A 3% non-refundable processing fee is applicable.
We accept visa and mc, checks, money order and cash.
A confirmation with address and directions will be emailed upon reserving
Reservations
At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required and a non refundable 3% booking fee will be charged to your credit card. Balance payments will be processed 30 days prior to arrival unless arranged otherwise. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the full rental amount is required. Payments made by check or money order must be received and paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations
We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel with 30 day notice or more your deposit less $50.00 cancellation fee will be refunded. A 3% booking fee is non refundable.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date forfeit the entire accommodation cost.
A $300 damage deposit is required; this is secured with your credit card.
If there is no damage or cause for concern beyond normal wear and tear no amount is processed unless required. We do not offer refunds or change reserved dates due to inclement weather.
* Please note: A 60 day cancellation policy is in effect for Cedar Shack Cabin during July and August weekly rental period.
