Clayoquot Crafts cedar furniture is shipped with great care.
We shrink wrap, bubble wrap, and box all our furniture for shipping..

In Canada, we ship by post office, bus or courier. Worldwide, our cedar furniture is shipped using UPS and is fully insured.
Our Cape Cod Kit can also be shipped via mail order. A freight quote based on your exact location and items will happily be provided.

Estimating Your Shipping Cost in North America
- shipping is approximately 15 to 20% of order value west of the Canadian Rockies
- shipping is approximately 20 to 25% east of the Rockies.

Estimating Your Shipping Cost to Europe
- to most European countries shipping for 1 chair is approximately $100 and for 2 chairs are $180 in shipping costs.

Return and Refund Policies

We offer a 30 day refund policy for all of our products within Canada, USA and Overseas.
Furniture can only be returned with prior written permission. The furniture must be in its original packaging and returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Some exception apply for overseas orders. Shipping charges, taxes, duties and handling fees are non-refundable. 

Inspect your purchase immediately. If your merchandise arrives damaged, you must email us within 3 days of the delivery date with photos of the damage. We will at our discretion replace damaged parts at no cost to you.
