Rates are in Canadian funds and are subject to 12% HST and 2% Municipal Tax.
A 3% non-refundable processing fee is applicable for all credit card transactions.
We accept visa and mc, checks, money order and cash.
A confirmation with address and directions will be emailed.

Reservations

At the time of booking a 50% deposit is required and a non refundable 3% processing fee will be charged to your credit card. Balance payments will be processed 30 days prior to arrival unless arranged otherwise. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the full rental amount is required. Payments made by check or money order must be received and paid in full 30 days prior to arrival or 60 days prior from June - September.

Cancellations

We have a 30 day cancellation policy, from June - September a 60 day cancellation policy is in effect.
If you cancel with 30 day notice or more your deposit less $50.00 cancelation fee will be refunded.
A 3% processing fee is non refundable.
Cancellations made less than 30 days the entire cost of the accommodation is forfeited.
A $300.00 damage deposit is required; this is secured with your credit card.
If there is no damage or cause for concern beyond normal wear and tear no amount is processed unless required.

Hot Tub

Cedarshack Cabin is equipped with a hot tub. At your cabin you will find our Hot Tub Rules and Guide. You agree to read and abide by these rules provided at the accommodation. The hot tub is checked on your arrival day and your departure day, and it will be checked every 3rd day during your stay. If for any reason the hot tub is required to be drained during your stay or on your departure day due to mis-use, or whereby we feel the cleanliness of the hot tub is not up to standard for its next check-in, you will be charged $150.00 plus taxes to drain, clean and refill the hot tub. Further, you are financially responsible for any damage to the hot tub including repair and/or damaged or missing parts due to misuse as set out in the Hot Tub Rules and Guide.

Acceptance of Rental Terms

By proceeding with the rental of Cedarshack provided by PCR, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accept our rental policies, that you agree to pay the accommodation costs and associated fees, and you agree to the limitation of PCR liability. Pacific Coast Retreats is not liable for events beyond our control, which may interfere with the occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of government agencies, fire, strikes, power outages, war, and inclement weather or noise from nearby construction. PCR assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage or loss of the use or occupation of the rental property and accommodation. PCR assumes no responsibility or liability arising out of the accommodation not being available or suitable.
